ValueClick’s AdRx Media Expands Offering; Adds Publishers
New Additions Include DailyStrength, DoctorTree.org, RateMDs.com

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - May 05, 2009 - ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK) today announced it has expanded the targeting capabilities of its AdRx Media network and added DailyStrength.org, DoctorTree.org and RateMDs.com to its growing roster of premium health and wellness publishers.

Along with the addition of the new publishers to the vertical network, AdRx Media now offers three new ways to more narrowly target consumers looking for health information online, including:

  • Doctor Directory Channel - Provides advertisers with access to sites focused excusively on doctor referrals, reviews and information. Lead publishers include HealthGrades, RateMDs.com and DoctorTree.org.

  • Lifestyle Health Channel - Provides advertisers with sites focused on general health, wellness, fitness and nutrition, primarily targeting women and mothers. Key publishers include LifeScript, womenshealthBASE and JustMommies.com.

  • Health Community Channel - Provides advertisers who choose to appear alongside forum content with sites whose central focus is on building health communities. Lead publishers include MDJunction.com and DailyStrength.
The new publishers join an elite group of sites that collectively reach 20.9 million unique visitors per month (comScore Media Metrix, February 2009), making it the second the largest advertising supported health entity online.

"As the AdRx Media network has grown, so has the demand for more granular targeting by advertisers who require the flexibility to reach more specific niches within the health and wellness vertical," said Denise Zaraya, director, AdRx Media. "Combined with our outstanding publisher partners, these new channel classifications will help our advertisers achieve their objectives."
